Hjemanikk District: Old Town

Old Town came before. HeimEx showed in the area and built up a gem of brighter, bigger buildings! Mech construction and spaceship parts came into being, and a new life was injected into the area. Trains and ships came and went, and the Old Town continued, quietly. When the area was abandoned, Old Town was emptied too, but its skeleton remains.

Some background: squatters have moved into the abandoned factory town of Hjemanikk. The factory, once the pride and joy of HeimEx, made mechs and space ships. The town ultimately became a mech/ship part graveyard as competition ran HeimEx low, before its later sale to a Shoe Shine tycoon. Those squatters are now making mechs to battle one another for fun and money using old parts from a vast array of many different brands, so none of these mechs are "new" or "fancy", just functional and destructive!
