Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic: Tree Ancient 18ml

Tree Ancient is a deep, ancient bark brown — the dark, characterful base for gnarled wood, old leather, deep earth and anything that should look weathered by centuries. Part of Army Painter's Warpaints Fanatic line, it lays down smooth and pigment-rich for even, reliable coverage.

Best for

• Base-coating and layering by brush
• Thinning right down for glazes, washes or airbrush work
• Bark, wood, deep leather and dark basing

The dropper bottle keeps waste down and makes mixing your own thinned coats a doddle, so you get the same reliable feel from the first bottle to the fiftieth.

A dark brown with real age in it. Pair it with a lighter brown highlight to pick out the grain, or add a good synthetic brush to make the most of the flow.
