A brighter, oranger rust for newer corrosion and lively weathering — the vivid stuff that streaks down from bolts and edges. Fresh Rust pairs beautifully with Dark Rust for believable, layered decay, and thins easily for subtle staining.
At a glance
- Type: effect paint (rust and weathering)
- Colour: bright orange-rust
- Volume: 18ml dropper bottle
- Range: Army Painter Warpaints Fanatic Effects
Best for
- Fresh rust and corrosion
- Streaking and edge weathering
- Brightening deeper rust tones
- Vehicles, armour and terrain
The top note that makes rust look alive — layer it over Dark Rust for real depth.
Weathering that convinces. Pairs naturally with Dark Rust and the wider Warpaints Fanatic range.
