Many pieces arrived broken
Many arrived broken, and bases missing.
Amazing
A few edges of support still left but thats to be expected. (I was able to clip them off rather easily with no harm to the minis) I was very happy with the quality of detail especially the captain.
Sent the wrong Base Sizes. Otherwise they seem fine
The models are sturdy and have amazing level of detail. The only negative is my alchemist is missing a foot, given some modifications and gluing on the base she will be good as new. I contacted customer support and they are printing me a replacement.
I loved painting these miniatures so much they're such a breath of fresh air when it comes to painting them
Arrived in good condition
I purchased this for my son as a gift. The first package arrived and a couple of pieces were damaged. He contacted the company and they very quickly shipped out new pieces, which we perfect. Great customer service!
Excellent cast and quality, though some warped pieces or bits and minor repair needed on snapped pieces inside box.
A couple of the guys came out good. But not nearly worth the price.

1 model is leaking resin, other is malformed, some had pieces broken off in the delivery. It was shipped way past the time window and I got slapped with extra tariff. I'm very unhappy and will request the all the money back.
speedy and well packaged
They're pretty cool minis ill say though one of them does have a semi broken arm/shield but I think its alright kinda gives it a sorta damaged in battle kind of vibe other than that I say thank you.
Very good and satisfied
Though I ordered both the Iron Sultanate Reinforcements package AND the Iron Sultanate Warband -- both of which were to contain Lion of Jabir figures, I only recieved one figure.

I am a left with a mixture of excitement and disappointment. While most of the minis were good, with very few noticeable marks from supports or defects, I did receive one misprint. I also received a mixed assortment of bases, many of which were not the correct size for their corresponding minis. In some cases, two of the same mini came with different base sizes.
Some of the minis where broken
Models look really good, pretty minimal cleanup when I got them. I was sent 4 wrong bases, given how long it took to get these I'm just going to buy the bases elsewhere. Models look good, sent some incorrect parts, took a long time
The sultanate models are great, but one of the new antioch models the sniper priest has a giant hole in its front and back

Everything looks fine, only one miniature (the captain) is missing a foot. Its very flat. But the rest is ok

Definitely a joy to put together! Had to clean up some extra supports left on them unit. And reattach a broken sword, but nothing impossible. Super great detail!

The warband came in a perfect state except the blazen bull. Unfortunately It did not had its 2 arms but i contacted customer service and they will provide me with a replacement for the bull!
Layer peels on the cape and creatures wings on the captain. The sappers gun had a slight misprint in the barrel of the gun. Good quality otherwise.
Had a great experience with getting the minis. They look great and came quicker than expected!
