Great quality and fast shipping!
The prints were great however, one was broken and the missing piece wasn’t in the package
very good quality models minus the fact that you had to wait almost 2 months
I ordered all of the Anastyr bundles. I'm very happy with the product that was delivered. All of the miniatures have fantastic detail and quality. From this set, a few arrived with parts broken in transport but should be easy to repair with some glue - 3 rider brothers and 3 warrior brothers had broken weapons. Considering the fragile nature of the miniatures and transportation, this is perfectly reasonable and expected.

Great detail and quality. Very happy. Only issue is one of the fanatics has a hole in it's cloak from a printing fault. But, considering the large number of prints I ordered (the entire Anastyr product line) a couple of mishaps are to be expected.
Every model in this bundle was delivered with fantastic detail and zero errors or faults. Very happy and would recommend

These guys printers are amazing. The WAIT IS WORTH THE TIME GUYS. Trust me, you'll be happy.
Wet resin was still in the cups of two pieces. Leaked out and I touched it by accident when unpacking. This is dangerous to the consumer, I won’t be returning to this manufacturer.
Bent and a piece was not printed right. Quality check was not there.
Still sticky in certain crevices
It was my first order and there was wet resin still in the crevices of the jetpacks. This is a health hazard. Unacceptable.
It came quickly, and had good tracking. There is only a small amount of support scaring on bits without supports but some bits are still on supports and alot that are not still have tiny supports in odd places so will require extra cleanup. Some bits have bent out of shape slightly so will need heating to see if I can straighten them. Worth what I paid for it but could be better.
Had a very minor but professional problem with the shipping and still waiting on some items that were magically returned but the models are great and the customer service did very well to help with the shipping problem.

Although clearly printed, I like Only-Games Terrain and it looks and paints great!! Here's my table with Dynamic Hills and Spires and Plateaus. Can't wait for a game on it

Great pieces for kitbashing on the table top. High quality prints and fast service. Order arrived much faster than expected :) and was delivered the same time the dispatch email hit my inbox lol. Had one tiny issue with a single part from the multiple packs I ordered and reached out to them straight away. The customer service via the website and email was easy and incredibly helpful for getting the issue resolved quickly. The replacement part was printed the same day as I reached out and they kept in contact the whole time. Staff are friendly and cordial so given i was prepared to wait longer for the parts in the first place, I have no complaints.

No complaints. Mezgike really hits all the notes you want in a thematic and impressive mini. Propah killy and dead choppy. My only suggestion would be including some sort of instructions, even rudimentary. It took some puzzling and comparing it to the pictures in store to figure out assembly, but maybe it's because I'm new to the hobby and haven't developed a sense for it. I can't wait to start on the kanz next!

Guri's Stinger from Shadows of the Empire. Quality of the model is perfect, very little post-processing was needed.

Sad experience to see such cool minis and in that state. This was truly a let down. The entire order was around 40% damaged.
