What is Only-Games?
Only-Games is a marketplace for tabletop gaming products from independent creators. Discover miniatures, terrain, books, maps and digital files while supporting the designers behind them.
For products manufactured by Only-Games, we handle production and fulfilment and pay royalties to the creators. Other products are sold through marketplace creator storefronts, where fulfilment arrangements can differ.
Are these physical products or digital downloads?
We offer both. Check the product listing and your selected purchase option before ordering.
Physical products are manufactured and shipped to you. Digital products, such as STL models and PDFs, are downloadable files; no physical item is shipped.
An STL file requires a compatible 3D printer and suitable preparation software to turn it into a physical model. Check each listing for what the download includes and any licence conditions.
Do miniatures arrive painted?
Standard gray resin miniatures arrive unpainted. We also offer pre-colored miniatures that are manufactured in color.
Check the individual listing for the finish, assembly requirements and included bases. Physical, digital, unpainted and pre-colored options are not available for every design.
What scale are the miniatures, and are bases included?
Scale and base requirements vary by product. Check the listing for dimensions, scale, included bases and assembly details.
If information you need is missing, contact us before ordering rather than assuming the model matches another miniature range.
How long will my order take?
Products manufactured by Only-Games are made to order. Our current production estimate is 1–3 weeks before shipping, with delivery time added afterwards.
Production can take longer during busy promotional periods. Physical fulfilment for Frontier and Kickstarter campaigns may take around two months before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally, and what does delivery cost?
We ship internationally. Delivery costs and available services depend on your destination, the products ordered and who fulfils them.
Marketplace creators may have their own shipping rates and delivery estimates. Check the shipping charge and any applicable promotion at checkout before placing your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has missing parts?
Please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos where relevant. Include which product or parts are affected so we can investigate.
Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as photos of it may help us understand transit damage.
Where can I find my digital purchases?
Use the Digital Library link on the Only-Games website to access your purchases. Make sure you are using the account associated with your order.
If a purchase is missing or you cannot access a file, contact support with your order number and the product name.
How do purchases support independent creators?
Creators receive royalties on sales of their designs manufactured by Only-Games.
The marketplace also gives independent businesses storefronts through which to sell their products. Buying through an authorised listing supports the creators and businesses responsible for the work.
What is the OG Crate?
The OG Crate is a monthly subscription available in Fantasy and Sci-Fi versions.
Each subscription currently costs £15 per month and includes:
- Three unpainted 32mm resin miniatures from a featured independent creator.
- A painting masterclass from Two Thin Coats.
- A monthly 20% discount code for paints, brushes and that month’s featured creators.
- Free worldwide shipping to destinations we serve.

How do I get the newsletter welcome discount?
