We reached the armor line together, but Aynä didn’t look right. Not at all. He snatched the lunge mine right out of my grip—nearly took my arm with it.
We used to joke that he had an eye in three worlds, but I’ve never seen anything like that. He was crazed. Desperate. He needed that explosion, he needed mercy.
I hope he found it.
One of the Hyena Martyrs, the shapeshifting anti-tank dogs of East Africa: hyena spirits who slip between human and beast form, serving as mechanics and blacksmiths to the Shrine Tanks.
Role: Anti-tank martyr, demolition beast
Loadout: Lunge mine
Part of the Faith & Ruin series by Kongclave Miniatures.
