The website says 15 days, parts arrived in ~45 days. Customer support was quick and friendly. My order consisted of smaller pieces and they mentioned smaller bits may need reprints and needed to match their quality which sounds good to me.
Upon arrival I inspected all pieces and with the exception of some tiny easy to remove supports all were perfect and fit on my redemptor exactly right. I did a quick wash with dawn dish soap before gluing.
If I need 3d printed parts I would use them again, just expect it to take a month.
The bits are really great in terms of quality, and they look great as well. They were easy to clean up and went on top of the model. The only issue I had is the exorbitant amount of "flat rate customs fee" that's charged by German customs. Hopefully Only Games can find a way to prevent this for EU shipments.
Cool product, got a good deal. Some of the prints were a little lower quality than I'd like but still usable. Took forever to get though and was hard to get a hold of customer service. Once I did to their credit they were quite helpful.
The best bits for my Space Wolves army! Excellent detail, excellent resin color (can't be distinguished from the original GW plastic), perfectly cleaned parts! I'm satisfied and happy! I recommend it to everyone and will order more!!!
Considering these were larger pieces I was worried that I'd see a fall off in quality. But, they looked great and will be awesome when used with my Space Wolves. Great detail and superb printing quality.
