When I noticed there was a defect in one of the models I received, Only Games was quick to ship me out a replacement after I reached out to them. They went above and beyond. Great quality and great customer service. A+

Very disappointed. Package came with broken pieces inside. 5 broken pieces, cracked in half making the rest basically garbage. Emailed the seller and no response after 2 weeks. Awful product and worse customer service. Dont waste your money. 0/5

One miniature was a failed print and missing a leg.
Gas masks and faces were not of high detail.
The models received has serious defects i had to fill in with greenstuff before being painted. Any amount of QA would have caught these issues.
Most parts were delivered promptly but a few were broken. Company has already offered to resent those parts which is good
Nice prints. Went together easy. Dropped one about a million times before it finally broke and it glued back together fine.
Excellent printing quality, only one mini had a minor default, but nothing to cry about.

Overall, incredibly happy with the sit, but the Lieutenant model looks like it had a minor hiccup when printing and the arm of the heavy mechanized infantry looks like the resin might have disintegrated a bit.
These are terrible. I paid $50 for these reject pieces for the Heavy mech inf. and Combat eng.!?

Fantastic sculpts, requiring minimal cleanup. The sniper priest arrived broken, but a replacement warband was sent and arrived within 3 days of me alerting customer service, which contained no major faults
The models are great, and I got to trace my package the whole way through up until it arrived at my doorstep. However there were some missing pieces which after contacting customer support, they immediately sent me replacements! Which was reassuring.
Great models
Most models have visible layer lines, some models had big print defects with some parts not being printed completely. Nearly all the models still had supports attached, feels like poor QA. I reached out to customer support who said they would reprint the worst ones and send them out… still waiting.
I cannot do photos, am gay, everything in house is covered in penii, male genitals. It's still a great product! Also my cats are in every picture :(
2 out of 4 yeomen are warped, misprinted, and unusable. The sniper priest's foot is also mangled. Shipping took months. Overall, one of the worst experiences buying resin models. I will stick with Etsy in the future.

Models look great but was under the impression theyd arrive as solid prints rather than needing to be glued together.
Poor print quality and unfinished parts / failed parts. It seems quality control is really lacking here.
Product is not fully printed!
Took forever to ship and there is some uncured resin. Worst is the machine gun of the heavy mechanized infantry is missing the end of its barrel.
Overall good quality resin with medium cleansing work. Long delivery time, probably with the hollidays?

Models arrived with serious misprints. I am awaiting replacement however I find it unacceptable that these errors were not caught before dispatch since they were very obvious.

Order was missing pieces and the sniper priest was half melted. Along with one yoeman being not even half fully printed. Would not recommend this company.

Bad communication, didn't get any info on how my order is going, but the minis are high quality and good prints. The overall experience is not that awful.
