All of the minis came in perfectly, very little bending and tiny little support sprues, absolutely no complaints from me or my nerd wife :)

This set is great, the quality is very nice, one of the gun pieces for the troopers was broken with one arm and half the gun missing but there were plenty of extras in the box so this wasn't an issue personally. The quality control can definitely be improved but overall I'm fairly satisfied with the product

2 of the 8 miniatures, the Priest and Commando, arrived in perfect condition. The Anointed arrived broken. The Heretic Troopers though arrived with a bunch of failed prints in the bag (I had enough to finish each model but didnt have many options for each) and missing pieces. The hoses going from their masks to their belts were not included, presumably mistaken for supports and thrown out. I ordered on 3/11/25 and just got them yesterday, 9/1/26.

Minis arrived in good shape and fairly quickly.
I received my order with a missing body for one of the minis but i've been sent a replacement immediately so i'm satisfied And the minis are pretty cool
Prints showed up great, required a little bit of clean up required, some details were muddy and was sent the wrong size bases for the minis. Overall though I am pleased with the order and the minis, excited to paint them up.
Arrived on time, no breakages, clean prints with no residue and minimal supports remaining.
Majority of the support structures are removed and the material doesn't feel too oily compared to some 3d prints I've gotten, quality is also very satisfactory
Heretics troopers kit: Some parts (3) are twisted. Some parts (2) are broken. A head is in half, 2 heads are missing and there is one head foreign of the kit. Talking of heads, they seems little smaller than the pictures. Heretic priest, death kommando and Anointed are ok.

Large prints came in good condition, but a handful of the trooper models (which came disassembled, unlike the Yeoman of New Antioch WB) has noticable misprints or ridges on what should be smooth faces.
Eine Base fehlt, eine ist zu groß. Waffen sind teilweise abgebrochen

Models look amazing
Print on the Heretic Flamethrower guy looked very off, almost like the printer died mid-way through. Missing a Heretic Trooper body still, filed a ticket and waiting on a replacement, hoping to get it soon so i can actually work on these, otherwise, the other prints are good.
