Listed sizes are to the top of the head and are scaled to fit as a pretty large guy, large creature, (or Ogre, some smaller Giant, or use your imagination for other uses) for 28-32mm gaming and with miniature sizes of most wargames and RPG board games. Probably not perfectly, but hey, no one's perfect. Not even ogres.
