Size: Approx 13mm legspan and 12mm height.

Infantry are designed to a configuation and quantity based on platoon/squad structure and physical print sprue. The following information is provided to illustrate the intended mix.

Sufficient models are provided on the physical print sprue to allow the squads as shown in the photo:

Two fire teams of 3 with 1 lazer rifle, 2 rocket troopers

Three squads of 6 with 3 lazer rifle, 2 lazer cannon, 1 flamethrower

Physical Print: 24 troopers: 11 with laser rifles (three poses), three with flamer, six with lazer cannon (two poses), four with missile launcher (two poses).

Models are printer type-agnostic, though FDM is not typically practical or recommended.

The platoonsolidsprueM file contains 24 models (essentially the physical model sprue without the sprue). This is provided experimentally; it may or may not be of use to the end user in time saving.


Clad in their distinctive black-and-red battle-armour suits, the Phystyulon Troopers comprise the bulk of the Phystyulon infantry. They are typically found in squads of six (or occasionally nines), due to the Phystyulon’s rule-of-three. (They regard the number three as having sacred significance.)

A typical squad comprises three troopers with UT-3500 Lazer Rifles and two troopers carrying the larger VO-4050 Lazer Cannons as support weapons. The sixth trooper is usually armed with the feared Phoosugrak-120 flamer. All six carry a single PK-9 Vistik Light-Anti-Armour Disposable for dealing with vehicles or troublesome powered or robotic enemy infantry.

In a rare exception to the rule-of-three, in a typical Pazkotak mechanised infantry platoon, the forth vehicle (the platoon commander’s vehicle), the forth squad is broken into two fire teams of three, each fire team consisting of a pair of rocket troopers armed only with the PK-13 Nasskuto Multirole Missile Launcher (with three warheads) and one trooper with a UT-3500 and PK-9.

It is not uncommon, however, for any given squad to have different heavy weapons teams, depending on their specialist role. It has not been unknown – though rare – to see an entire platoon of rocket trooper fire-teams for specialist anti-armour operations, which can present a serious threat to enemy armour.
