"The Announcer is a noble with extraordinary oratory abilities. He serves in the Death Coliseum by introducing the combatants and entertaining the crowd between fights. As literally every citizen of the empire who attends to the arena knows who the Announcer is, he is well respected among inhabitants of the capitol. He is a self-taught master of rhetoric who studied and honed his skills from the ancient scrolls kept in Imperial Library."
