The prints were badly printed and bad material used. It was also expensive, other merchants offer cheaper with better quality and I didn't have to wait over 5 weeks to get it. I'm disappointed of how much Only-Games have deteriorated.
Took so long and the prints weren't very good. It was a big order so I could understand the long wait, but the material used is terrible. This was an expensive order so was expecting at least the same quality of my past orders. There were some broken bits. Has the quality of Only-Games deteriorated? Very disappointed. A bit wary ordering in the future.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
8 weeks from ordering to arrival and then you have to spend a few hours removing plastic that got missed in "quality control" - keep in mind, my order was in "Quality control" for 2 weeks!!
No communication, not until you chase them.
Apparently they were "busy" and I also placed a "large order", however another website managed to print 300 pieces, and ship them to me within 4 weeks, AND then apologised for the delay!
AVOID ORDERING.
Not just these but all items.
It took 8 weeks for my order to arrive, and the only communication I had was after I chased asking about my order.
It finally arrived, after spending 2 weeks in quality control, for me to discover that I would still be spending time removing supports and excess plastic from the print.
Not only that but I couldnt tell which order was which as they were all just chucked into 1 bag!
Easily the worst miniatures printing company around.
Items themselves are of high quality, and while I recognise they're all produced to order, a 4-month wait is a little long, hence why I've given four stars rather than five.
brought some of these bits about a month and a half ago, took a while to even get them sent off and to wait that time you must think that the people take their time to clean and remove excess resin from the bits but no when they arrives most of the bits still had excess resin on them (idek if they have been cleaned properly) the quality of the prints are fine, but the only problem is that which I've mentioned - if your going to have customers wait a month and a half for the bits at least clean them and make sure they are ready to be added straight to the models - sorry but my expectations just haven't been met in fact I'd rather buy my bits from elsewhere...
The items arrived quite some time later than told on the order page. The support was fast, however, reassuring me that the order just needs more time.
The resin prints are really good. Fine details and only a few mould lines left.
What bothers me most is that 4 bits have broken parts on them. Small stuff, like a missing axe-head on a backpack. But still, for the price and the waiting, this is not acceptable.
Communication was horrible, I have placed orders with other sellers and communications and expectations were pretty clear, and when there were delays, they communicated so. Don’t tell people it will take 15 days if you are going to take a month and a half.
