I find that you can tell a lot about a company from how they handle things when something goes wrong. My initial order contained the wrong items which have now been replaced free of charge after a little bit of back & forth communication. Excellent product & very happy with the service.
The jump packs came and they look fantastic. I plan to get some more to finish building my death company squads. I did have to do a bit of shaping on the mini to make sure they fit, but they are exactly what I was looking for and wanted.
Bits are incredibly detailed and only need minor clean up. Shipping was longer than anticipated (3 months) but can’t complain about the finished product, highly recommend.
Quality is okay, however the order took over four weeks before I had to reach out to see what the delay was (I understand printing takes time but please communicate with you customers if the order takes more time then your website says)
Bad tone to customer, long wait time (2 months) and no quality control on the shipped prints. Multiple parts with shifted layers. Lots of parts loaded with supports still.
Poor quality. Not to recommend.
Great product, the quality is exactly as described. This is the second time I’ve ordered these and both times it took over a month for them to ship. I would like to see the wait time be closer to what was described on the website.

The prints are nice, but honestly: I placed my order in March and only received it today, June 17th... For a package coming from London, that's extremely slow—especially considering we have to pay shipping fees, customs duties, and surprise, an extra €11 just to collect the parcel! That makes it a very, very expensive delivery. I hope to receive compensation for the delay and the additional charges—otherwise, I won’t be ordering from this site again.
P.S.: The package arrived damaged, so I assume the miniatures inside are likely damaged too.
I have mixed feelings about this. I saw this company advertised on YouTube and figured I’d give it a try. I found some really cool looking jump packs with wings that I thought would look good on my Sanguinary Guard models. I placed my order on March 10th, it did not arrive until the first week of May. I emailed once to find out what was taking so long and received a very generic reply that they had to reprint the order due to quality issues but was assured my order would receive priority status, it still arrived almost 3 weeks later.
With that out of the way, when they finally did arrive they were a very high quality item. Everything I had hoped for. Based on quality I would probably order from here again, but if it takes another 2 months to arrive it will be my final order.
TL;DR: This is really terrible bits with ridiculous amount of production time. Avoid at any cost.
First off: delivery was WAY longer than it was stated. After the order was paid, it was said that producing the bits takes UP TO 15 business days. Order was made February 28; It was sent April 22. It's 37 business days. For not really that much of a bits. I know my way around 3d printing and i can assure you that that amount of bits can easily be done within two (three with the cleaning at max) days.
Second: the quality is rather terrible. Support beams melted into bits, insane amount of bubbles, distinctly seen ladders on almost EVERY detail.
On the positive side i can say that sculpts are really beautiful. I recommend to buy stls from author and print in by yourself - you'll save both the money, time and nerves.
its been two months now and I received only the command pack. the jetpacks is still in Langley.
